Casa 80cc Cylinder Kit For Lui J 50 and Vega 75 Summary
80cc cylinder kit for Lui 50, J50 and a replacement for Vega 75 by Casa Lambretta.
Nikasil plated cylinder which increases a standard 50cc by 50%. The porting layout is similar to that of a genuine 75 cc Vega model.
The kit includes:
cylinder, 47 mm piston kit, cylinder head and gaskets (no Head Gasket).
it is necessary to change the gear ratio`s to actually get a boost in power.
If you have a LUI then you need a 13-tooth sprocket. Depending on the model, for J50 there are genuine front sprockets with 11 or 13 teeth. If your Lambretta has a 11-tooth sprocket, then you have to replace it with a 13-tooth sprocket, while if it has a 13-tooth sprocket, this shall be replaced with a 15-tooth sprocket.
We recommend the Casa Performance x42a exhaust for a Lui50 or Vega 75 and an X42 exhaust for J50
