CP105 Cylinder Kit Lui Vega J

CPOne05 kit from Casa Performance, for all Lambretta J50, Lui 50C/CL and Lui/Vega/Cometa 75cc models.The CPOne05 is designed  to be used with a standard 44mm stroke crankshaft as fitted to all 50cc and 75cc Lambrettas. The only modification required is to slightly enlarge the induction aperture of the cylinder cowling due to the reed-valve.
PLEASE NOTE Longer cylinder studs may be required  TL5151

The kit comes supplied complete, and consists of the following parts:

- High quality, aluminium cylinder with reed-valve induction and 5 transfer ports.
- Purposedly-made piston with 2 x 1mm ring
- Self-centralising aluminium cylinder head with multi-point fixing
- Unique, special adaptor flange that allows the use of a multitude of carburettor manifolds
- Reed-valve block
- 4-point exhaust flange mounting face that allows the use of any standard or upgrade exhaust on the market for smallframe models
- All gaskets and fixing hardware
