THIS DESIGN IS AN IMPROVEMENT OVER THE STANDARD ADJUSTER BLOCKS. THIS BLOCK HAS BEEN MOVED FORWARD SO AS TO REDUCE THE ANGLE THAT THE CABLE GOES THROUGH WHEN SELECTING GEAR. THE CABLE POSITION AND ROUTE HAS ALSO BEEN OPTIMISED FOR CLEAN OPERATION AND EASY ADJUSTMENT.
