Adjustable Gear Linkage Tie Bar MB

MB adjustable gear linkage tie bar is the perfect solution for those engines fitted with a gear selector arm or wishbone which has the splines slightly out of position causing hard gear selection and setting up the cables.

This tie bar adjusts from the center hexagon.

• Screw each end on equally
• Make sure the tie bar fits the selector arm, trunnion and the swivel
• Grease the running points
• Fit in position, with gearbox in neutral
• Disconnect the gear cable inners
• Adjust the center hexagon to set the swivel, so if you move through the gears the cables are at the correct working position and not too tight in 1st and 2nd
• Once your happy remove it, locktite the ends and nuts and tighten up once fitted and check again
• Fit the cables and check again
