MB PHBH Shorty Reed Valve (block) Assembly Kit, With Rubber

PHBH Reed valve assembly kit to suit 200cc Oval ported cylinders (MB Shorty).

• This reed block assembly comes with a 6 petal reed valve.

  This version has the flange mounting rubber fitted that  allows the carb to breath through the standard air filter box using a GP200 air bellows (carb needs a 90 degree cable elbow and the air box will need holes drilling to allow more air in)
  
  Comes complete with these parts

  • Cast reed manifold, with long screw or stud, nut and washers
  • Reed Cage 6 Petal (block)
  • Reed rubber adaptor for 26-30mm Dellorto PHBH (needs GP type head cowl)

  Fits these cylinders

  • All Large Block cast iron cylinders
  • Race-Tour cylinders
  • Rapido Cylinders
  • Mugello cylinders
  • Doesn't fit the Avanti

    Cylinders will have or need reed valve tuning and a boost port adding to the cylinder. The piston will need to be a reed type and the manifold needs matching to the cylinders inlet port. Some fins will also need removing for this reed assembly to fit. The head cowling will need to be modfied and ideally be a Gp type head cowl.

    This is not a straight fit to any standard cylinder.
